Mayim Bialik loves being a mom to teenage sons Miles and Frederick, even talking about parenting on her podcast Mayim Bialik’s Breakdown. But she recently found herself needing to apologize for some of their complaints, leading to a hilarious video posted on social media.

To celebrate Mother’s Day, the Jeopardy! host uploaded a clip on Instagram that aired a few of her kids’ grievances with her. As the message “things I’ve apologized to my kids for” flashed on the screen, she listed off a number of said offenses (such as “supermarket loitering” and “noisy kissing”). But viewers also saw her trying to keep her composure until she couldn’t hold it together anymore and began laughing.

Despite the video dramatizing her experience raising her kids, the Big Bang Theory alum made sure to celebrate the day with her followers. “Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing, superhero moms out there!” she wrote on May 14. “You deserve all the love and appreciation, today (and every day). 💕”

When fans saw Mayim’s hilarious take on parenting, they immediately resonated with her in the comments.

“We can relate ❤️❤️,” one person wrote on Instagram. “Happy Mother’s Day, I had to apologize to mine for almost all the same things! 😍,” a different follower agreed. “So funny! Kids are just so…something!” another fan laughed.

While the Blossom star isn’t keen on talking about Miles and Frederick online, she does like to drop truth bombs about being a parent. Mayim posted a TikTok back in July 2022 satirizing how exhausting it can feel to guide the next generation, just in time for the release of her directorial debut As They Made Us.

She later uploaded another TikTok discussing her parenting style in November 2022, where she opened up about navigating the role alongside her kids, who were learning important communication skills.

Something tells us this isn’t the last we’ve heard from Mayim and her thoughts on this topic!
