Jenny Popach's Mom Says the Hype House Members are Lying: "No One's Going to Jail"
Earlier this month, a group of girls and one of their moms allegedly broke into the old Hype House.
The members of the Hype House were very mad about the situation and Avani Gregg even threatened legal action.
The mom, Maria Ulacia, is now denying that she did anything wrong.
The woman who allegedly broke into the Hype House with her daughter earlier this month is now taking to TikTok to discuss the situation further, and it seems like she's denying any wrong doing.
When someone commented on Maria Ulacia's TikTok saying that it was wrong for Maria to go into the Hype House when people live there and their stuff was still there, Maria responded saying the members don't live there.

That is seemingly true, the Hype House members moved out of the mansion before Maria and her daughter Jenny Popach allegedly broke in. Still, though, the Hype House has claimed that they are still paying rent on the house, and they left a lot of their things there, things that they're claiming Maria and the group of girls stole.
Maria continued on the subject in the now-deleted video, saying, "You guys don't get it. There are two sides to every story. They are lying. Nobody lives there. I'm gonna have my day."
It's unclear what she's claiming the Hype House members lied about. In another video, she continued to talk about the situation. Someone asked why Maria hasn't been arrested and she responded, saying, "Because it's never going to happen. Like seriously? Not happening honey. Look at me," she continued. "Thriving baby. Running. Living life. I could care less about what you guys say."
In a third video on the subject, she continued, saying, "I didn't do anything wrong. Honey, you keep saying jail. But am I in jail? Was I ever arrested? No. Therefore nothing happened...No one's going to jail. No one was charged with anything honeys."
The members of the Hype House haven't spoken too much on the subject since the whole incident went down earlier this month. Immediately after the allegedly break in, Avani Gregg threatened to sue Jenny and Maria on social media, but has mostly remained quiet on the subject since.
