Being Queen of the Naked Dress isn’t a birthright — and Jennifer Lopez is well aware of this fact. In order to wear the sheer numbers that show off nearly every inch of her epidermis, the pop star seems to understand that it takes commitment and exercise.

The 46-year-old fan of Tracy Anderson recently shared on Instagram that she’s been #workingonherfitness. “Gotta get it in…,” she wrote in the caption of a selfie. Posing in her living room, the actress, who currently stars in Shades of Blue on NBC, showed off her hard-earned six pack in addition to a gym style that closely mirrors the one she flaunts on the red carpet. She paired her neon triangle sports bra with matching spandex bottoms.

And if her abs and adorable outfit weren’t enough of a distraction, Lopez, who recently had her residency debut in Las Vegas, also showed off her makeup-free face and shared, “#thereIamwithnomakeupagain! Lol.”

The typo might be funny (she most likely meant to type #therealmewithnomakeupagain), but her natural beauty is totally serious.
