Jennifer Lopez just dropped some serious #fitspo content on Instagram—and it is everything.
In her latest Instagram post, the 52-year-old singer and actress is working through an intense workout sesh. And damn! Her entire body is toned AF.
So how exactly does J.Lo stay in such amazing shape? Weight and strength training sessions—plus dancing, of course.
Jennifer Lopez is always trying to share the best motivational content with her Instagram followers. Last week, she talked about the importance of setting intentions for the new year before heading to a workout. And in her latest post, the 52-year-old Marry Me star showed her followers how she is staying dedicated to her health with a #WorkoutWednesday video that showed off her routine.
The clip shows Jennifer starting with some dumbbell bicep curls, chest flys and bicep curls on a resistance machine, reverse crunches, and more. The montage shows off her super impressive arm and back muscles, and of course, her chiseled abs.

And her followers were all over her hard work in the gym. Peloton instructor Robin Arzón wrote, "Yes, Queen! No shortcuts." "These other Hollywood girls COULD NEVER!💪🏼😍👏🏻🤍," another said. "Yes girl! Amazing motivation 🙌," a superfan chimed.
Jennifer has always been super devoted to her fitness. Last year, she kicked off the new year with a hardcore lifting sweat sesh.
And to get her abs so cut, her trainer Dodd Romero shared her go-to core workout with O, the Oprah Magazine. Romero said that J.Lo’s typical ab session features 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate. Then she follows that up with 35 reps of everything, and then an additional 21 reps of everything. And she doesn’t take any breaks in between. (PHEW!)
She also told Us Weekly that she “very rarely skips a workout,” and she’s shared the proof on Instagram.
She previously told Hello, "I am 100% convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy. Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that's so good for me is key to my happiness.”
As for her diet, her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly, that J.Lo’s fridge is always stocked with sparkling water, fruits, and veggies. "There's always greens, like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice," he said.
