Jennifer Lopez Sings Happy Birthday to Alex Rodriguez During Concert
Jennifer Lopez’s tour may be one giant celebration for her 50th birthday, but she’s still willing to share the party with her fiancé Alex Rodriguez. During her concert on Friday night in Miami, Lopez halted the show to wish Rodriguez a happy birthday, enormous cake and all. After bringing her kids and his kids on stage, she had the crowd sing him “Happy Birthday.”

Lopez then posted a video from the celebration, showing off the Yankees-themed cake which included an edible replica of Rodriguez’s old baseball jersey.
“Celebrating you today and everyday my love... you are one of a kind, my hurricane and my calm in the middle of the storm,” she wrote. “Thank you for being such a beautiful light in my life... wishing you the most beautiful birthday ever!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY 13!!!
Rodriguez returned the favor, posting a video from a different bash for his birthday, where Lopez showed off her enthusiasm for the 44-year-old by twerking on him.
“Hey @jlo, now #ItsMyParty!” he wrote on Instagram “Thank you all for the kind and warm birthday wishes today. I am so incredibly fortunate and grateful for where I am in my life. I thank the good Lord for my blessings, today and every day. It’s important for everyone to take a minute and celebrate yourself, and not just on your birthday. We all make mistakes in our lives. Keep getting up. Keep pushing forward. Never give up. Miracles DO happen. I think about that every day. Thank you all and have an amazing day!”
