Jennifer Lopez Shares the Stage With Her Daughter Emme

Jennifer Lopez brought out a very special guest for her latest live performance.
The superstar headlined the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation's Blue Diamond Gala, playing a jam-packed set at Dodger Stadium which included a special appearance by her 14-year-old daughter, Emme Muñiz.
Per E! News, the mother-daughter set included a sentimental rendition of Christina Perri's "A Thousand Years." The twosome also reprised their performance of Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the U.S.A." and Lopez's dance hit "Let's Get Loud," as a video of the teen performing at the 2020 Super Bowl Halftime Show played behind them.
At one point, the "Waiting for Tonight" singer reportedly said that she and Emme "were really expensive to book," and that she loves bringing her daughter onstage when she can.
A source also described the "very sweet" performance, telling the outlet, "Multiple times, J.Lo and Emme hugged each other and they were singing to each other most of the time."
In addition to the duets, the Hustlers actor also performed her biggest hits in an hourlong set which included five costume changes. In a short clip shared on Instagram, the star wore a bejeweled bralette and matching sparkly sweatpants while singing "Get Right."
The mother-daughter performance comes two years after the teenager blew us all away with her impressive vocals at the 2020 Halftime Show. During a February 2020 The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon appearance, Lopez said that she admired the teen's "performance gene."
"She doesn't let it in her mind how big [the performance] is or how it scares you," she said. "That's what you have to do when you're up there, you know—you kind of have to [have] control. She has that gene, that gene of 'I'm comfortable up here...' I wish I felt more like her."
