Jennifer Lopez Shares Her Fitness Routine That's a Quick, All-Body Workout

Jennifer Lopez gave her 253 million Instagram followers a glimpse into her fitness routine that helps keep her toned and looking younger than ever. And it's easy enough that virtually anyone can do it at home using basic workout in equipment.

In the post, which was in partnership with Aim’n, a sportswear company that touts itself as "by women, for women," Lopez modeled a pink, two-piece outfit as part of the brand's Shape Seamless Collection. "Daily dose of wellness," the 54-year-old wrote over the weekend. "Happy Sunday everyone ... I love this Shape."

Lopez kicked off her workout by warming up with some lunge stretches and then moved on to her weight-training circuit with dumbbells.

She first performed a set of shoulder raises followed by squats with an overhead press, weighted lunges, tricep extensions, and bicep curls. The Shotgun Wedding star then moved on to a series of core exercises on a mat, including so reverse-crunch combo moves sure to get the abdominals firing.

As the New York Post points out, it appears that the video was filmed in the backyard of the $60 million Beverly Hills estate that Lopez purchased with her husband Ben Affleck last summer.

But even someone as focused on fitness needs a boost to keep herself going sometimes, as the mother of two shared her "Monday Motivation" in an Instagram post last year, writing: "My body achieves what my mind believes."

And of course, in addition to her workouts, Lopez follows a strict diet to keep herself in peak form. Not only does she stick to a nutrient-dense diet of whole organic foods, but also drinks plenty of water and avoids caffeine and alcohol. Although, her team of personal trainers and dietitians certainly doesn't hurt, either.
