Jennifer Lopez Poses for Rare 'Mama's Night Out' Pic With Sister Lynda

While many people were wondering where Ben Affleck was at the Met Gala on Monday, May 1, Jennifer Lopez actually brought a different date: her sister, Lynda Lopez.

In new photos Lynda shared on her Instagram, the two appeared to have a great time at a Met Gala afterparty, posing in a rare snap together.

Lynda captioned the photos, "#Aboutlastnight Stayed up late wayyyy too many nights this week... #mamasnightout ❤️."

In the second photo, Jennifer wore a stylish suit ensemble, which she changed into after the main Met Gala event. Lynda also looked fantastic in a black gown, that included a thigh-high slit and fabric roses on the front.

Many people complimented Lynda on her glam look, with a few commenting on the adorable family photo.

One person wrote, "the most beautiful sisters🤩🥹," while another said, "Awww!! You guys!! Always a celebration when you two get together. Love to see it🥹😍🤍🖤💫🔥."

Jennifer's younger sister Lynda also works in the entertainment and media industry as a journalist and author.

She was an anchor on many news and media platforms over the years, and in 2020, she wrote an essay as part of the book, The Fearless Rise and Powerful Resonance of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, also editing the entire book.

As for Jennifer, the singer and actress is currently promoting The Mother, her action film coming out on Netflix on May 12. The movie also stars Paul Raci, Joseph Fiennes, Omari Hardwick, Lucy Paez, and more, and it's directed by Niki Caro, who also directed the live-action Mulan film, among other hits.

Jennifer has a few more projects also lined up, including a sci-fi action flick, called Atlas, co-starring Simu Liu.

Fans of the 53-year-old also await her much-anticipated new album, called This Is Me…Now, expected to come out later this year.
