Jennifer Lopez’s ‘This Is Me…Now’ Press Tour Looks: Mob Wife Inspiration, Crocodile Birkins and Other Luxe Details

Jennifer Lopez got all dolled up for a series of radio and talk show appearances last week as she promoted her new film “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story.” Directed by Dave Meyers, the Amazon Studios project coincides with the release of Lopez’s ninth studio album.
With help from her longtime stylists, Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, Lopez sported no shortage of luxe looks, many of which featured plush faux furs, larger-than-life frames and trendy takes on workwear. Ahead, WWD breaks down all of Lopez’s looks on her recent press tour.

Los Angeles Premiere of “This Is Me…Now”
For the Los Angeles premiere of “This Is Me… Now,” Lopez opted for a custom Zuhair Murad design. Her gown featured a plunging velvet bodice, as well as a sheer skirt with sequined zodiac embroidery. Lopez accessorized with a Tyler Ellis clutch and jewelry from Joseph Saidian & Sons.
“The Kelly Clarkson Show”
Lopez took the “mob wife” trend for a spin, wearing a faux-fur Saint Laurent coat over a khaki pantsuit from Rabanne’s spring 2024 collection. Her accessories included a pair of peep-toe platforms by Andrea Wazen, Emmanuelle Khanh shades and a Himalayan crocodile Hermès Birkin, which are among some of the most valuable in the world.
“Today”
For an appearance on “Today,” Lopez sported a plum-colored faux-fur coat from The Attico, pairing it with a cropped jacket and pants by Alaïa. The singer and actress added on chunky silver earrings by Uncommon Matters, leather Roberto Cavalli boots and a small black crocodile Birkin.
“The View”
Lopez put an edgy spin on office attire while appearing on “The View,” wearing a blue Valentino button-down top underneath a mohair coat from Houghton by Katharine Polk. She also donned a leather pencil skirt, completing her look with lace-up Roberto Cavalli boots and a black crocodile Birkin.
“This Is Me…Now” Special Screening
Lopez made a surprise appearance at a special screening of “This Is Me…Now” in her hometown of the Bronx. The pop star opted for a cobalt Donna Karan ensemble, which consisted of a plunging jumpsuit and flowing cape. Lopez accessorized with a black leather Coach cap and diamond-encrusted pendant necklaces by Marli.
Apple Music Radio
For an interview with Apple Music Radio host Ebro Darden, Lopez mixed casual staples with upscale details in a hoodie, leather shorts and furry coat from LaPointe’s fall 2024 collection. Her look also included a bamboo top handle purse by Gucci, as well as platform Elie Saab heels.
“The Tonight Show”
Lopez looked pretty in pink while stopping by the “Tonight Show.” Speaking to host Jimmy Fallon, she donned a plunging dress from Valentino’s fall 2023 couture line, adding on a pair of peep-toe platform pumps.
