The '80s revival is getting a modern update from Jennifer Lopez.

Yesterday, the multi-hyphenate was spotted in Los Angeles wearing a look that elevated a classic '80s-era uniform. She wore a cream and light blue plaid shacket with a faux fur white collar trim over a white T-shirt, plus baggy light-wash jeans and a coffee-colored pair of Timberland boots. To accessorize, she opted for her signature hoop earrings, amber-tinted sunglasses, and a white Hermès Birkin bag.

On the beauty side, she kept her glam relatively natural and tied her hair up in a slicked-back ponytail.

Lopez is currently fresh off a promotional tour for her Netflix documentary, Halftime, which captured a behind-the-scenes look at her 2020 Super Bowl performance as well as explored her fraught decades-long relationship with fame and public scrutiny.

In a recent issue of her fan newsletter, On the JLo, Lopez opened up about experiencing a panic attack as a result of the intensity of her work.

"There was a time in my life where I used to sleep 3 to 5 hours a night," she wrote. "I’d be on set all day and in the studio all night and doing junkets and filming videos on the weekends. I was in my late 20s and I thought I was invincible. Until one day, I was sitting in a trailer, and all the work and the stress it brought with it, coupled with not enough sleep to recuperate mentally, caught up with me."

She continued, "I couldn't see clearly and then the physical symptoms I was having started to scare me and the fear compounded itself. Now I know it was a classic panic attack brought on by exhaustion, but I had never even heard the term at the time."

Now, J. Lo said she makes it a priority to spend time with her family and fiancé Ben Affleck. "Now that I'm getting married, it's about my family first and foremost," she added. "It’s about having enough time to be the woman, the mother, the partner and the person that I need to be for the important people in my life. It must be a very special project if it’s going to take time away from my family."
