  • She appears to be taking some time off after her epic Super Bowl halftime show performance with Shakira.

It's been two weeks since Jennifer Lopez's internet-breaking Super Bowl performance, and it looks like the superstar has been taking some much-needed R&R.

On Instagram yesterday, she posted a photo of herself (presumably on vacation, though maybe at one of her homes in a sunny locale) wearing a white bikini.

"Relaxed and recharged," she captioned the post.

But, um, how does the 50-year-old maintain those killer abs?

When she's in New York, J.Lo works out with celebrity trainer David Kirsch, whose other clients include Margot Robbie and Britney Spears. "When Jennifer comes in we do a 30-45 minute workout,” he told Insider. "The quickest, most effective workout for your butt says is the platypus walk," he added, because it lifts and tones the butt and works the inner thighs. Here's what a platypus walk looks like:

J.Lo is also a fan of Kirsch's 32-minute "express workout," which uses gliders, resistance bands, dumbbells, and medicine balls. "It’s also very specific to celebrities but also non-celebrities. You’ve got mothers dropping their kids off, who’ve got a few minutes to get a good workout in and then feel great about the day,” Kirsch told People.

Most of the moves in the workout can be replicated at home, and include staples like the wide-stance squat, reverse lunge, medicine ball plank, lateral lunge, side plank, torso rotation, and the medicine ball sit-up. In total, there are 16 exercises performed at 20 reps each, or roughly two minutes each, to bring you to the 32-minute mark.

Lately, J.Lo has also been training with A-Rod's longtime trainer Dodd Romero, who told O, the Oprah Magazine that J.Lo's ab exercises consist of 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit ups with a 45 pound plate, then a set of 35, followed by a set of 21.

As for her diet, J.Lo eats clean most of the time. "She stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources," Romero said, like egg whites, turkey, chicken breast, grass-fed beef, and salmon. She does take a cheat day once a week, which proves she's human and not a machine.
