Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck made shopping look romantic while cozying up to one another in Beverly Hills over the weekend.

On Saturday, May 20, Lopez and Affleck were photographed in the Los Angeles area acting like a couple of love birds, holding hands and smooching following a morning of running errands with Emme, one of the 15-year-old twins Lopez shares with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.

In the new photos, the Air producer and "Love Don't Cost a Thing" singer rocked casually chic, matching-but-not-matching outfits, with Lopez, 53, strutting the streets of California in a vibrant yellow and orange striped maxi dress, brown leather platform sandals, a small matching purse and rose-colored sunglasses. Meanwhile, Affleck, 50, was seen sporting dark wash jeans, a khaki button-up shirt, a pair of neutral multicolor Nikes, and dark aviator shades.

Their outfits and apparent chemistry were a big hit with fans, who noted that the couple looked to be very much in love.

One fan gushed over how "in love" they look, as another added, "Look how happy they are."

"Love is in the air!" a third replied.

Other social media users used the images as a reason to roast the critics that, only a few weeks ago, used photos of the couple appearing tense to spark rumors that they were secretly unhappy.

"I feel like these won't get the same body language treatment as other pics...," one Twitter user wrote, presumably a nod to images that had been taken out of context earlier this month to make it look like the two were arguing.

"They look so miserable Omg send help," another fan tweeted, adding a laughing emoji and a clown emoji.

Someone else tweeted, "Yeah she really makes him miserable," along with a Pinocchio-inspired lying emoji.

While Bennifer was engaged twice, they never made it down the aisle the first time in 2004–something some judgmental fans clearly can't seem to let go of. But after reuniting in early 2021 and getting engaged (again) last spring, the two revealed they didn't feel the need to wait any longer and said "I do" a few months later, in July 2022.
