Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Are That Cuddly, Obnoxiously Cute Couple in a New IG Reel

Ben Affleck may not be the first person you expect to see on a Reel, even on his new wife Jennifer Lopez's Instagram, but the two came together to post the kind of casual, sickly sweet video you'd expect from a couple of newlyweds.
But love will make even the most famous become a little sappy and sentimental. So here's Lopez and Affleck cuddled up, smiling goofily against audio that says, “Guys, I did it! I found the person that makes the happiest I have ever been.”
Lopez hasn't hidden the fact that their rekindled love story took even her by surprise. Lopez and Affleck originally dated and were engaged in the early 2000s. While they called off their wedding and engagement then, they got back together in spring 2021 and married this summer. Lopez told Vogue this really doesn't work for everyone; they just got lucky and were surprised themselves by the fact their flame was still there.
“I don’t know that I recommend this for everybody,” she started. “Sometimes you outgrow each other, or you just grow differently. The two of us, we lost each other and found each other. Not to discredit anything in between that happened, because all those things were real too. All we’ve ever wanted was to kind of come to a place of peace in our lives where we really felt that type of love that you feel when you’re very young and wonder if you can have that again. Does it exist? Is it real? All those questions that I think everyone has. You go through all these relationships, and you’re searching and you’re connecting and you’re disconnecting with people, and you’re like, God, is this just what life is? Like a carousel, roller coaster, carnival ride? And then it settles. But the journey to that is the mystery for everybody.”
