The triple threat took to Instagram today to share a wow-worthy new selfie, and her abs (and underboob) are front and center. In the snap, the stunner makes it clear that she's been putting in plenty of time at the gym—she wears a white rolled up tank top and pushed down sweatpants to expose her famous midsection. And it only makes sense that the mother of two is really working on her fitness. Lopez is prepping to restart her All I Have residency in Las Vegas next week and is currently in full rehearsal mode.
