Jennifer Lopez And Alex Rodriguez Are Selling Their $17.5 Million New York Home

Pop star Jennifer Lopez and baseball god Alex Rodriguez are so perfect for each other, it seems impossible that it took them so long to find each other. We swooned over the holidays when the pair posted photos on social media decorating their Christmas tree with red roses. Now, the lovebirds are selling their New York City apartment(s) for the most important reason: to find a place with plenty of room for their blended family.

The couple's Manhattan love nest, which Page Six reports is located at 432 Park Avenue, measures 4,000 square feet and is now listed for a cool $17.5 million by Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group.

J.Lo and A.Rod originally purchased the home in March for $15 million, but now that they're a family of six, more space is the only option, sources say. Best case scenario, though, they'll find a new home downtown with the building's same amazing amenities-because the gym and boardroom definitely came in handy for a couple like this.

At the same time, Page Six adds, Jenny from the Block has listed her penthouse apartment overlooking Madison Square Park for $27 million, nearly $7 million more than she paid for it back in 2014. So, if you're looking for a casual dig in NYC, look out for the listing.
