Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez Have Broken Up Amid Cheating Rumors

Today in big breaking celebrity news, multiple outlets report that Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have broken up and called off their wedding.

The surprising reports come from People, Page Six, TMZ, and E! News which say the stars called off their engagement amid explosive rumors about A-Rod FaceTiming with Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy. While J.Lo and A-Rod didn't ever address the rumor publicly, Madison went ahead and spoke about it herself, saying she and Alex "never met up" and simply spoke on the phone.

“That’s the truth,” she said, adding they’ve “never been physical…never had any kind of anything. Just an acquaintance."

Rumors aside, J.Lo and A-Rod's breakup may come as a surprise to fans, but sources tell People this was not a spur-of-the-moment split. "This has been a long time coming," their insider said.

Last month, Jennifer said they were going to therapy as a couple, but things sounded promising. "I miss being creative and running on 150," she told Allure. "But Alex, of all people, was like, 'I love it. I love being at home. I love doing my Zooms. I love knowing the kids are there, and you're there all the time.' It has been actually really good."

"We got to work on ourselves. We did therapy," she said. "I think it was really helpful for us in our relationship."
