Jennifer Lopez, 51, Basically Just Broke Instagram With Her Latest Bikini Pic

You may be packing up your bikini for the summer, but Jennifer Lopez is still working swimwear like it’s her job. The Marry Me star shared a new bikini pic on Instagram over the weekend, and it’ll make you wonder if you should keep yours out just a little bit longer.

J. Lo hasn’t offered up details of where, exactly, she is or if this is a throwback pic to earlier in the summer. But, whatever the deal, one thing is obvious: Her abs look amazing. Reminder: She’s 51.

People were falling all over themselves in the comments. “Omg its impossible 51??????❤️🔥 JLo latina Vampire 😍😍😍❤️,” one fan wrote. “And @jlo shuts the kids down yet again lol 🔥🔥🔥#KillinTheGame,” another said. Oh, and there were fire emojis for days, of course.

J.Lo has made it crystal clear that she works hard for that ridiculous body, and her abs are no exception.

Her trainer, Dodd Romero, shared J.Lo’s intense abs circuit with O, the Oprah Magazine in 2019, and it’ll make you tired just reading about it. The circuit consists of a set of 50 hanging ab raises, followed by 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate. Afterward, she does a set of 35 each, followed by a third set of 21 each. And because this is J.Lo we’re talking about here, she doesn’t take breaks in between.

And, of course, she’s strict about her diet. While it doesn’t seem like she’s stuck with that intense 10-day no sugar, no carbs diet challenge she tried out early last year, she still eats super healthy. Her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly that J.Lo is anti-berries and salmon (it’s a texture thing), but her fridge is always stocked with sparkling water, fruits, and veggies. "There’s always greens, like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice," he said. J.Lo, her fiancé Alex Rodriguez, and their kids are also big into having eggs and turkey bacon handy, Fernandez said.

While J.Lo hasn’t shared as many workout pics and videos on Instagram lately, it’s pretty clear that she’s still doing them. Need proof?
