I relate to Jennifer Garner’s style more than I thought; I’m literally wearing a knit sweater and jeans as I write this article — aka Garner’s go-to ensemble. Something else she keeps in her fashion rotation? A pair of clogs. TBH, it’s been a minute since I last saw her step out in the confusing footwear style, but she’s bringing them out of the woodwork for spring.

Last week, the actress and business woman took to Instagram to post a video about good posture. While there was a lot to take away from the content (stack your bones, people!), my eyes were fixated on her slip-on clogs, which boasted a chunky round toe box, thick buckles, and fuzzy interior. The camel-colored footwear coordinated with her casual outfit: a cropped sweater, straight-leg jeans, and striped socks.

On-Sale Garner-Inspired Clogs

Garner isn’t the only celeb reaching for clogs; Sarah Jessica Parker relies on them like clockwork. Last year, she wore the confusing shoe five times, specifically having an affinity for Birkenstocks — and I wouldn’t be surprised if she brings them out yet again this season.

While clogs aren’t as pretty as heels or dainty as ballet flats, I get the hype. They’re extremely comfortable, feeling like your favorite pair of slippers with an elevated appearance  that you can actually wear out of the house. Better yet, they often feature durable contouring footbeds that support the arch, outperforming flimsy flip flops.

The Kidmi mules — dubbed “potato shoes” by the brand — are a whopping 30 percent off using the onsite coupon. They’re not only a great lookalike for Garner’s pair, but shoppers with foot pain call them a “great Birkenstock alternative” that’s tremendously comfortable. Pick your favorite pair among seven hues, including pink and green, and sizes 5.5 to 14.

White Mountain Bari Signature Comfort-Molded Footbed Clog

Perhaps my favorite version is the White Mountain lined shoe, currently 56 percent off. Enjoy a 100 percent leather build, faux fur interior, and a grooved sole. Someone went as far to say they’re the “best shoes out there” — and I’m officially securing my own pair to test that claim out.

Going into spring, I can see myself wearing these lookalikes with rolled-up jeans, a simple tee, and a baseball cap. Sling on a book tote, and you’re ready for coffee shop dates, park picnics, and Sunday brunches.
