Is there anything Jennifer Garner can't do?! The star has been on a whirlwind press trip in New York City, where she is very busy promoting her new Apple TV+ series The Last Thing He Told Me. And she brought out some amazing looks for all her big interviews.

In fact, for her appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert this week, the Alias actress, 50, donned a super sparkly strapless dress by Roland Mouret that highlighted her super toned arms and calves. Jennifer also shared some super cute shots from backstage on her Instagram Story.

Here's a picture of her iconic legs moment outside of The Late Show, in case you haven't seen it yet:

If you're as curious to know more about the actress' health and workout routines as I am, you're in luck. Women's Health has got the inside scoop. The first thing to know is that Jennifer works out with personal trainer Beth Nicely, founder of THE LIMIT.

Jen also makes no secret of her intense workout seshes with Nicely, sharing the BTS footage of some of her strength gains on Instagram. In January 2023, Jen posted a video of one of her workouts on Instagram, where she showed off her incredible cardio and box jumping skills.

Jennifer is clearly all in on her box jump training seshes, which is fair, because they take a lot of practice to get right. Back in September 2022, she shared another intense video of herself leaping onto a 33 inch-high box. That takes some serious quad strength.

Nicely previously told Shape that Jennifer “likes to work really hard” and is “very, very strong." That much is definitely clear, based on the videos above! But Jennifer also likes to get her body moving outside of the gym. Case in point: She stretched her legs with a little skiing this past winter.

And she also gets super active while tending to the creatures on her family's farm, Once Upon a Farm, in Oklahoma.

Of course, Jennifer loves to incorporate the foods she grows into her diet. She plants everything from squash, to tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs and more. Plus, she also raises her own chickens. That's definitely a farm-to-celebrity-table situation, if you ask me.

During her role for the movie Peppermint, Jennifer said she worked with nutrition guru Kelly LeVeque, who touts the eating theory "Fab Four", a.k.a. mixing protein, fat, fiber and greens into every meal. Jennifer shared on of her go-to smoothies that she made while filming on Instagram, (it included spinach, chia seeds, flaxseeds, blueberries, protein powder and almond milk).

Jennifer also is a big foodie, and hosts her very own "Pretend Cooking Show" series on Instagram, where she whips up amazing recipes. She recently made these yummy Gooey Chocolate Coconut Caramel Bars (a.k.a. Homemade Snickers). Check it out:
