Jennifer Garner Was Literally Sweating While Sharing Her Mortifying "Mom Fail"

Jennifer Garner may star on the silver screen but she also has had her share of embarrassing moments like the rest of us. While promoting her latest sci-fi film, The Adam Project, the 49-year-old actress stopped by The Late Late Show with James Corden and opened up about an unexpected moment fellow parents might easily relate to.
On March 9, the 13 Going on 30 star caught up with late night host James Corden and Shining Vale actor Greg Kinnear. As it turns out, Jennifer, Greg and James' kids are of similar ages and go to the same schools. (Jennifer shares three kids with ex-husband, Ben Affleck — Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10.) But neither Greg nor James made the mistake Jennifer did via email.
"I had a mom fail. This is a true story. This is a true confession," she said on the show. "[Greg and I] have kids who do the same activity, and I emailed the coach one weekend kind of being funny about my kid and saying, 'This one seems to be getting a little whomped this weekend. What does that mean for tomorrow morning? Beause we have something planned.'"
Jennifer continued: "I thought I was being funny. I have wonderful kids. They do well. They're great. It turns out, it's the one time in my life that I replied all. I replied to everyone on the team, to every parent, including [Greg] and [Greg's wife]."
While reliving the incident, the Alias star couldn't help but sweat a little bit and she asked Greg how it came off on his end. And he didn't hold back. "I remember thinking Jennifer Garner is a raging lunatic," he said. "Sweet enough but I had no idea."
The actor then tried to comfort Jennifer but couldn't resist telling one more joke. "I've done this before myself and hit all reply. Maybe not as bad as this," he said. "[When it happens] and you know you're not supposed to be the recipient of it, you feel like you're peeking in someone's windows a bit. I didn't really look at it. There was no judgment of Jennifer Garner."
After hearing about her embarrassing email moment, Jennifer's fans immediately took to the YouTube comments section to share their thoughts about her honest mistake. Unsurprisingly, learning that the actress also has had her moments with technology working against her made her that much more endearing to some. One person wrote: "She is just too cute! This was a good one!" Another added: "As if Jennifer needed a story to be more relatable..." A different fan said: "I love Jennifer Garner! She has the best personality and smile 😃. Beautiful inside and out."
