Jennifer has been spotted in the Allbirds sneakers several times over the years, and it’s easy to see why she is such a fan. The comfy sneakers boast the world’s first carbon-negative green EVA midsoles (made from Brazilian sugarcane), a cushioned insole (made from castor bean oil) and a moisture-wicking and odor-reducing upper (made from ZQ Merino wool). Even the laces are sustainable — they're made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester. Essentially, one old plastic bottle becomes one pair of shoelaces.
Along with being soft and cozy against the skin, the wool upper is also thermoregulating, so your feet won’t overheat while wearing them. And perhaps best of all, the shoes are machine-washable. That’s right, you can throw these bad boys in the wash if they ever get dirty!
The lightweight sneakers are not only loved by celebrities: Nearly 5,000 shoppers are fans too. One said it was “love at first step” before adding, “Comfy, gorgeous color, attention-getting.
