Jennifer Garner can do it all and then some, including kicking just as high as the best dancers. Over the weekend, the Family Switch star, 51, posted an Instagram video proving that she can keep up with the Rockettes, flawlessly mastering their dance routine.

On the social media app, the actress posted a video that included a screenshot from her friend, Reese Witherspoon, asking her to “please go dance with the Rockettes.” Little did Reese know that Jennifer just so happened to be in New York—where the Rockettes perform. "Throughout our whole friendship, I pretty much do anything she says," Jennifer explained in the video. So, the 13 Going On 30 star waltzed her strong body over to Radio City Music Hall and showed off her flexibility with the dancers known for their high kicks —and totally kept up with them.

“Here’s to twenty years of 'yes ma’am', with my buddy @reesewitherspoon. ♥️🎄♥️ Thank you, @therockettes for playing along—you are incredible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️,” she captioned the video. To which the Rockettes replied: “@jennifer.garner dancing with you was a dream! 🤩💗@reesewitherspoon you’re next!!”

Jennifer is no stranger to sharing just how active she is on the 'gram. Last year, she crushed a 33-inch box jump and showcased her strength in a high-impact full-body workout.

Clearly, Jen “likes to work really hard, she’s very, very strong,” as her trainer, Beth Nicely, told Shape. When she’s not doing these intense workouts, she’s enjoying dance-based exercises. Just look at her move in this recent post!

Her #PretendCookingShow on Instagram gives a glimpse into her diet— she’s a fan of baking yummy snacks and cooking delicious meals. To prep for a movie, she began following the Be Well by Kelly diet, created by nutrition guru Kelly LeVeque, and stuck with it because she really liked it, she told Wired in 2018. On Instagram, she shared that she made LeVeque’s Be Well Smoothie, which made with collagen, flax and chia seeds, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, and blueberries, every day for breakfast.

Gotta start the day off strong if you're gonna kick as high as Jen!
