Jennifer Aniston shows off her natural hair texture with a fresh new haircut

With over 28 years of experience on our TV screens, Jennifer Aniston's name is now synonymous with 'Rachel Green' or even, 'The Rachel'. Now, if you have no idea what the latter is, allow me to explain.
Of course, we all know and love Jen's iconic Friends character Miss Green (or at least, I sure hope you do), who on the show, became known for her classic hairstyle. This is what pop culture history now knows today as 'The Rachel'. And just yesterday, Jennifer's longtime friend, hairstylist and creator of 'The Rachel', Chris McMillan, shared an Instagram post of the two after cutting and styling her hair. As always, the star looks fabulous but the cut is reminding us so much of that iconic haircut.
At first glance, you may think that her hair looks nothing like it did on the show. But if we take a closer look, we can see that Chris has added some long layers into Jen's below-the-shoulder locks which is season three RG in a nutshell.
Chris has in fact kept the actor's natural wavy hair texture which is giving us a modern-day interpretation of the look, no doubt. He shares that for this beachy wave, he has used the Lolavie Glossing Detangler, $25 (around £20.60), but "a little goes a long way", so use it sparingly.
For that extra body and volume, Jen has swooped her hair over into a deep side part, giving us all the quiff quiff quiff we could ever want.
I guess this is our cue to book in for that much-needed pre-summer chop. If Jen can do it, so can we.
