Jennifer Aniston has been gracing our screens for decades now, and if there’s one thing people have been noticing lately is her ageless appearance. It’s not just her face that seems to defy time, it’s also her insanely toned physique.

In an exclusive with Women’s Health, the iconic Friends star spilled the beans on her go-to workout routines and diet secrets that keep her in top shape and on track with her fitness goals. Turns out, she likes to add variety into her workouts by including hikes, walking, yoga, and more. As for her diet, she sticks to protein and veggies for her main meals while having cheat days on the weekends.

“It varies from week to week, depending on a work schedule. Ideally, I would love four workout days a week, and then a day where it’s more of a major walk or hike,” she told the publication.

“I can do 20 minutes and get as good of a workout as if I work for an entire hour. We think we have to work out for the solid hour and that can be a bit intimidating. You really can get an efficient workout with just a good 20 minutes if that’s all the time you have, even 10 minutes of doing something that gets your body moving. I just find comfort in that,” The Morning Show star shared.

Back in March, she took to her Instagram to reveal some low-impact workouts, which she is a huge fan of.

Aniston was filmed doing mountain climbers, acing single leg raises and squats on a raised platform, and tackling pushups with the finesse of a seasoned pro.

She captioned her post, “If you’re having one of THOSE Mondays, I FEEL YOU. Just gotta do it!!”

Her preference is total-body workouts, and she also adds in yoga and pilates to her routine. “I rarely walk in and think, ‘I’m just going to hit the abs today.’ I really would like to get a full-body workout every time.”

Her diet emphasizes balance, offering a satisfying variety without feeling overly restrictive. She tells the outlet that along with her morning cup of coffee, she starts “off with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in water, room temperature water, which is fantastic for my gut. I’ll usually have lunch around one or two, and it’s usually some form of vegetables and a protein.”

When she needs an energy boost, she doesn’t shy away from snacks. Her go-to picks often include an apple with almond butter or a satisfying handful of popcorn.

Come dinnertime, she tends to stick with a meal akin to her lunch choice, “Dinner is just same thing, vegetables and protein, in some form that’s interesting and delicious.”

On the weekends is when she’ll usually treat herself which is normally savory cravings such as pizzas and burgers. “I’ll allow myself pizza or a burger or pasta or something extra special.”
