Jennifer Aniston just made a joke about her divorce from Brad Pitt, and fans are living for it.

Brad and Jen were the IT couple of the early 2000s, after getting married in July 2000. But it wasn't to be, eventually divorcing in 2005 - something which JenAn referenced in her latest TV appearance.

The 53-year-old went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday [26 May] for the chat show's very last episode, after being Ellen's very first guest back in 2003. In the interview, they touched on the full circle moment, and what it was like for Jen when Friends ended in 2004.

"Well, I got a divorce and went into therapy," she said (via E! News.) "Oh! And then I did a movie called The Break-Up. I just kinda leaned into the end."

She continued, "I just was like, 'You know what, guys? Let's make this a completely new chapter. Let's just end everything and start new.' It worked great."

Following their split in 2005, Brad married Angelina Jolie, while Jen coupled up with Justin Theroux. By February 2018, they were both single again, and fans went wild for a series of photos of them at the SAG awards in 2020 - as well as liking each other's Instagram posts from the events, and watching each other's acceptance speeches.

We're all for moving on amicably.
