Jennifer Aniston Is Injured for Her First Appearance Since the Justin Theroux Split

Jennifer Aniston made her first public appearance since announcing her split from ex Justin Theroux in February, but she arrived wearing something very unexpected: a brace.
The 49-year-old former Friends star hit the red carpet at the WE Day celebration in L.A. on Thursday, and while she looked fab in her signature blonde ‘do plus a tailored black blazer with blue jeans, America’s sweetheart appears to have injured herself. She wore a black brace wrapped around her left wrist and held onto her forearm as she posed for photos.
While we’re not quite sure what happened, we do remember spotting the brace on the actress when she hit up Gwyneth Paltrow’s bachelorette party last weekend. Maybe she got a little too excited for her Hollywood friend’s celebration? Who knows, though we hope she’s doing just fine.

In February, Aniston’s publicist Stephen Huvane released a statement to the Associated Press announcing that she and Theroux were no longer together, and that “their split was ‘mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year.’”
Since then, People reports that Aniston kept it chill and headed to Tahiti for a vacation with Courteney Cox, Jimmy Kimmel, and his wife, Molly McNearney. A source also said her life since the split is “not very different,” in case you were wondering. Perhaps her injury was a result of a jet-skiing accident? Maybe she's taking up a new sport? Either way, let's hope she gets better soon.
