  • Jennifer Aniston showed up at the Golden Globes red carpet in January rocking a new 'Rachel Green' haircut.

  • She also put her super-toned arms on display in a strapless dress.

  • When it comes to her fitness, the actress loves doing Pvolve workouts, as well as yoga and Pilates.

Jennifer Aniston does not play around around when it comes to her red carpet moments. So, of course, The Morning Show star hit up the Golden Globes with her sculpted arms on full display and a brand new Rachel Green-esque haircut that had everyone freaking out online.

In the photos, the 54-year-old Friends alum rocked a black Dolce & Gabbana column gown with a choppy lob that looks a modern take on “The Rachel” haircut everyone wanted to have back in the ‘90s. (Fun fact: Jennifer once said that she hated that haircut.)

Of course, Jennifer accessorized her new ‘do with sparkly rings and her super-toned arms. And if this iconic look has you wondering how Jen gets so fit, you’re in luck—Women's Health has got the scoop.

Jennifer revealed back in June that she had partnered up with Pvolve, which is a low-impact functional fitness workout that uses resistance-based equipment to target muscles in the entire body. (Jen loves it so much she even has a partnership with the company, BTW). “It’s completely different from anything I’d tried before and that’s what made me want to get involved with the company,” she said in a blog post.

The actress also told WH that "it's such a mind-body connection because it's not just throwing your arms out to the side or doing jumping jacks. You're really mindful of your body and its movement."

In fact, Jennifer just shared a BTS Pvolve workout on Instagram that features some intense moves and her cute dogs, noting that her pups were “seriously obsessed” with adorable Pvolve-themed toys. In the workout, Jennifer can be seen balancing on one leg like a total boss, followed by mountain climbers in a plank position with sliders.

Pilates equipment and a slew of other fitness gear can also be seen in the background, making it clear that Jen doesn't skimp on her home workouts.

Back in 2022, Jennifer told Bustle that she’s big into Pilates. “I tried to do Pilates 20 years ago and I just couldn’t get into it,” she shared. “For me, it’s all about the teacher — you have to have a really good teacher because it can be kind of boring. If you have an excellent teacher and you understand the beauty of it, it’s like a moving meditation.”

She also doesn't do long cardio seshes these days. "I've stopped doing 45 minutes to an hour of just constant cardio, running, and boot camp because my knees can't take it anymore, and it's just not efficient," she told WH.

On the diet front, Jennifer usually starts her day off with coffee and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in room temp water, "which is fantastic for my gut," she told WH. Lunch and dinner are usually veggies and a protein, and she'll have snacks like apples and almond butter, or popcorn.

Jennifer also previously shared her go-to chocolate smoothie recipe with Well+Good that uses Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen Powder (she has been a spokesperson for the brand). “I have a sweet tooth, but only for really healthy things, so this [smoothie] has just made my life—it’s perfect and amazing," she shared.

“I've always been health aware and mindful about what I put into my body and how I take care of myself, not only so I can look great and trim and fit into my jeans but also for longevity and for my bones, my muscles, and my brain,” Jennifer told the outlet.

Love the new ‘do, Jennifer!
