Oscar winner Brad Pitt had another run-in with Jennifer Aniston last night, at a party after the ceremony. The two met up at Guy Oseary's Oscar after party, Page Six reports. Eyewitnesses told the outlet that they talked briefly, but "there was no sizzle this time around," adding that "Aniston congratulated Pitt on his [Best Supporting Actor] win, [and] they didn’t hang out long."

Aniston and Pitt were not photographed together at the party. They were shot separately at other parties: Aniston was in a little black dress at Netflix's bash, while Pitt started his evening at the Governors Ball and Vanity Fair's Oscar after party:

The two's after party meeting comes after the former couple nearly broke the internet when they embraced at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Both won awards there, and they had a moment backstage.

People was quick to get intel from a source about how Aniston felt about all of that. The source spelled out that nothing romantic was happening—similar to Page Six's sources making it clear they're just friends too.

Aniston "is not dating Brad," the source flat out said. "They are friends and happy for each other. They want nothing but happiness for each other. She is happy to have Brad back in her life as a friend, but that’s it."

That night, "Jen was happy for Brad,” the source continued. “They congratulated each other, and that was it. It was an emotional night."

What has been less clear is what Pitt thinks about Aniston. He did officially tell Entertainment Tonight they're on pretty good terms these days though. When asked at the Golden Globes whether he'd be up for a reunion with Aniston, he said "I'll run into Jen, she's a good friend," he said. Then he made a little joke about how much everyone wanted it to happen. "The second most important reunion of her year? I understand," he added, clarifying, "That was a play on Friends. They were saying that [the show could have a revival special on HBO Max]."
