Jennifer Aniston is known for her simple makeup look, but she just dropped a makeup-free pic on Instagram that shows how stunning her skin really is.

If you can believe it, the post wasn’t about the 52-year-old actress’ skin—it’s about new Friends merch. “For the record… we were SO not on a break 🙄⁣,” she wrote in the caption. “Excited to show you guys some pieces from the first ever @friends ⁣merch collection 👏🏼 Half of my proceeds from this limited drop will benefit @americares, an organization I love… which is working to provide relief, mental health care, and medical aid to communities and individuals affected by Covid-19.”

While the gear—and the planned proceeds—is awesome, it’s hard to miss the fact that Jen’s skin is super glowy. Sure, plenty of people fanned out over the merch (because, hello, Friends merch, available RN!!!) but others filled Jennifer’s comments section with fire emojis praising her complexion.

The Aveeno spokeswoman has partially credited her genes for her great skin. “I inherited good skin from my dad,” she told LA Times in 2019. “But one thing I would have to say to my younger self is, ‘Don’t take that for granted,’ because you do have to maintain that. It does have a shelf life.”

Jennifer previously told InStyle that she’s been using Aveeno products since she was a teen. Now, she’s all about the body wash, and even does a mini facial on Sundays. “I just give myself a good scrub, use a mask, and then the new Aveeno hydrating facial,” she told Shape. “I leave it on overnight and when I wake up I have that dewy, glowing, twinkling skin."

Despite pampering her skin, Jennifer told Allure that she’s careful not to clean it too much. "I don't overwash my face because you don't want to strip away too much," she said. "And then I just put on nourishing things I feel are as organic as possible."

When she needs to perk up her skin, she reaches for a free hack that she shared with Vogue: “Just get a bowl of ice water and splash your face 25 times. It’s an old school trick that Joan Crawford used to do—it just wakes your skin up.”

Jennifer also loves a good facial, telling the LA Times, “I change up my facialist. It’s like exercise. It’s good to mix it up.”

Worth noting: Jennifer once went completely makeup free—for the movie Cake. It’s an experience she told Deadline's "Contenders" panel was "so fabulous—so dreamy and empowering and liberating,” per Us Weekly.

I could say the same about that skin!
