Every time Jenna Ortega steps on a red carpet, she never misses a beat when it comes to her look. Genuinely, every time she shows up, she's dressed to the nines, and is never afraid to try something new. Wearing "bronzed goth" makeup, debuting bangs, wearing a gothic wedding dress, and trying out auburn hair are all things she's done as of late. Her most recent? A step away from all the edgy styling in favor of something a little more classic.

On January 11, Ortega walked the red carpet for the Palm Springs International Film Festival in Palm Springs, California, to attend the world premiere of her latest movie, Miller's Girl. To celebrate the occasion and kick off her Emmys weekend, the star showed up in a gorgeous floral accented dress and chic French manicure.

The dress was practically just a skirt that started right under her chest and some straps. The gown started with small spaghetti straps with two very large white flowers on them, covering her chest and providing some support. Then, as soon as the dress reached her sternum, the straps stopped, and the skirt started, flowing to her thighs. For some photos, she threw on a coordinating long white coat that added extra drama. But for every rendition of the look, she accessorized with a white fabric choker, pointy-toed white heels, and a pearl bracelet. Also, of course, that French mani.

Her rendition of the classic nail look was medium-length and almond-shaped. Each of her nails matched with the same glossy, pink-tinged base that continued all the way up to the tip, where it became white. The tip was small and concentrated on the very ends of her nails. From tip to cuticle, her manicure was so shiny it reflected the light of the paparazzi's cameras.

Luckily, you don't need a red carpet to pull off the look, as it is not only super easy to do at home but also matches anything in your closet. Plus, you probably already have everything you need at home.

First, like any manicure, you'll need to remove any polish still on your nails with nail polish remover for a clean slate. Then, apply cuticle oil to your cuticles to soften and push them back. After that, cut and file to your desired length and shape, buff the surface for an even surface, and apply your favorite base coat before going in with color.

Then, you will want to apply the base coat of pink-tinged beige for the bulk of your nails. You probably already have a favorite at home, but we recommend OPI's Nail Lacquer ($14) in the shade Bare My Soul if you need a new one.

Once the base is dry, you'll create the tip. If you have a steady hand, you can try it freehand. However, for most of us, applying tape just a few centimeters from the tip and painting over it is probably the easiest and safest way to go about it. We recommend using OPI's Nature Strong Nail Lacquer ($12) in the shade Funny Bunny for this step.

After the tips are dry, finish with a high-shine top coat, and you will practically be ready for the red carpet.
