Jenna Ortega is gearing up to host Saturday Night Live on Saturday, March 11. Days before the Wednesday star hit the small screen on the sketch comedy series, NBC released a teaser of Jenna recreating an iconic scene from the Netflix series.

In the minute-long clip, Jenna reviews a script and offers her notes to three members of SNL's Please Don't Destroy, who wear matching outfits and hairstyles inspired by her Netflix character, Wednesday. "This is really well written. I just, I don't feel like I want to do the Wednesday dance for promo because we've seen so much of that already, and"I think it's time for something new," she begins, referencing the now-viral dance sequence to Lady Gaga's 2011 hit, "Blood Mary."

Each group member sarcastically jokes about not knowing Wednesday Addams. "Wednesday Addams," one member questions. "It's more like Thursday Jones," he joked. Ultimately, they wear Jenna down, and she decides to give the dance a shot, so she stands in the middle of two of the Please Don't Destroy boys while the remaining member records it and gives a very disinterested recreation of the dance. Once they wrap, Jenna asks the remaining member, "Wait, you just put all that stuff on just to film it," before the screen fades to black.

The Gen Z it-girl confirmed her appearance on the 48th season of the hit series in an Instagram post of the iconic blue and pink index cards on Insta, writing, "See you then @nbcsnl." Jenna won't be alone during her appearance. Alternative band The 1975 will serve as the musical guest to support its Being Funny in a Foreign Language album.
