Jenna Ortega is on a hot streak. After the smash hit success of Wednesday, the actress is taking a break from casting psychic visions in gloomy Nevermore for her first-ever hosting gig with Saturday Night Live. She's also set to join The Weeknd's first movie, an untitled project that is currently being kept under wraps — clearly Miss Jenna is not slowing down anytime soon.

We probably won't be getting Season 2 of the Tim Burton show for awhile, but SNL is airing in just a few days and Jenna is fully in the thick of writing, rehearsing, and prepping for the live episode. Most of the funny sketches and bits won't be revealed until the show hits network television, but we recently got a glimpse of post-rehearsal Jenna that revealed she (gasp!) ditched the all-black wardrobe. On Tuesday night, the actress was spotted in New York City on her way to the SNL dinner party at Lattanzi Cucina, decked out in a colorful suiting-inspired ensemble that was a *total* departure from her Wednesday Addams looks.

The actress stepped out in an orange tuxedo vest, white button-up top, and moss green polka dot tie which she paired with sturdy dark wash jeans and a black coat to beat the freezing New York City temps. Her exact top is the Lisou Carmen Burnt Orange Velvet Waistcoat ($365), which is also available in white — but we wouldn't be surprised if it sells out soon.

And if you were hoping for behind-the-scenes clips, you're in luck — SNL just dropped a sneak peek look at what Jenna has been up to while prepping for her big hosting moment.

"This is really well written, I just don't feel like I want to do the Wednesday dance for promo because we've seen so much of that already," starts Jenna, before the camera pans over to show the Please Don't Destroy boys wearing Wednesday's all-black Alaïa prom dress and jet-black milkmaid braids.

All three nod along with her, despite being decked out in costume. "Yeah, no, totally. Like I could say to you, like, "Why are you dressed like a reporter from the '70s?'" deadpans one of them, in reference to Jenna's fabulous tux vest get-up. Jenna eventually agrees to do the choreography, and let's just say we're living for Wednesday dancing in color.

Jenna Ortega will be hosting the March 11th episode of Saturday Night Live with musical guests The 1975 performing from their fifth studio album, Being Funny in a Foreign Language.
