Jenna Jameson has become an outspoken advocate of the keto diet over the past few months after opening up in November about her 80-plus pound weight loss. Now, the former adult film star is getting candid about another personal struggle: the difficulty she had conceiving and how the experience impacted her health. Taking to Instagram, Jameson called herself an "IVF Warrior," revealing how the process to get pregnant wreaked havoc on her body.

"Our sweet Batelli was conceived through modern medicine," the 44-year-old began the post. "Truth be told, IVF is one of the hardest things I've endured. So much emotion, stress, fear, pressure, pain and anxiety. The hormones wreak havoc on your body for months prior to transfer and the fear of the unknown is encompassing." Jameson shared the message alongside a three photos: one of her body during in vitro fertilization, the second while eight months pregnant, and a third image taken two years postpartum.

Ultimately, Jameson's struggle was met with reward. After giving birth to daughter Batel Lu alongside fiancé Lior Bitton in April 2017, the mom of three (in 2009, she welcomed now-nine-year-old twins, Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette with ex Tito Ortiz) posted an announcement to social media. "We are head over heels in love with her," she shared to Instagram: "Welcome to the world little star, Mommy loves you."

Encouraging fans to not give up hope of their own, Jameson says she "felt compelled to talk about my age, IVF, and how you can do this too." Clearly, she's making an impact on more than just the keto front!
