Jenna Jameson Just Shared The Dirty Keto Tips That Helped Her Lose 80 Pounds

Jenna Jameson is the queen of keto and intermittent fasting on Instagram. She's lost over 80 pounds on the keto diet, and she is always sharing her favorite keto tips with her followers.

Her most recent tips were all about her favorite dirty keto tips when eating at fast food restaurants. (ICYMI, she's previously shared about what she orders when she eats at sit-down restaurants, too.)

"Wendy’s burgers are my jam... I order a triple patty burger no bun, extra lettuce with everything, hold the cheese (since I’m jewish) and add jalapeños. I also ALWAYS order the largest ice water and drink the whole thing! This fills me up! The trick is to not be tempted by other menu items, this is where will power is paramount," she shared.

But she also shared that she loves the salads at Wendy's.

"If you’re extra starving Wendy’s Caesar salad and their southwest chicken salad are bomb af and #ketofriendly 👏🏻"

While Jenna isn't totally against fast food, she definitely wants her followers to be careful if they plan to eat at a fast food joint.

"I think the bottom line is to be super mindful of the ingredients that fast food chains include in their menu items. So many of them like Taco Bell, McDonald's and Carl’s junior have keto items easily ordered," she wrote.

And she has no problem talking to the employees for their keto suggstions.
