Jenna Dewan can truly go from a lazy Sunday in bed to businesswoman ready to conquer the world in 2.7 seconds. And she showed her IG followers exactly how that transition happens in her latest post.

The Step Up actress, 42, shared two snaps on Instagram from her weekend, which showed Jenna posted up in bed on a Sunday, wearing nothing but a lacy bra and button down shirt. The pic showed off her super strong arms, a peek of her abs, and her toned legs. Fast forward to Monday, and Jenna is all business in a cardigan sweater and black pants while sipping coffee in front of her laptop.

"sunday > monday," she captioned the iconic pics. It's no surprise that her post is getting tons of love from her followers. "You still make Monday look good as ever 😍🤍☕️✨," one wrote. And another commented, "Such a beauty."

Curious to know what Jenna's workout routine is, and how she gets super-toned all over? Women's Health has got you covered. The first thing to know is that Jenna works hard in the gym, and she's had a variety of trainers over the years. Here's a snap with her trainer Adam Nicklas:

Then, in August, she shared a video on Instagram of herself knocking out some box jumps which unfortunately resulted in a broken hand (she hit her hand on the box during a jump). Ouch! "For everyone wondering how i earned my newest accessory 🙋🏻♀️," she captioned the video.

Jenna talked to POPSUGAR about the injury, saying that it was "the most annoying injury in the world. Nothing like being a mother of two kids and four dogs with a broken hand." She then went on to explain: "[My hand is] like my most useful thing as a mom—it's constantly tying something, opening something, closing something. So yeah, it's been very funny in our household."

Injury aside, Jenna seems to be doing just fine now, and is back to her regularly scheduled programming.

Another fave workout of Jenna's is Pilates, which she does with another trainer, Kim Carruthers, three to four times per week. "It gets you fit so fast, and you just feel stronger," Jenna told Women’s Health. "The dancer in me really likes it because it activates the same muscles in my core."

There's another fun workout in the mix, too. Surprise! Jenna's core also gets a killer workout with... pole dancing. She has worked with coach Johanna Sapaki (who also trained J. Lo for her role in Hustlers.)

“Everything is working in unison to create the movement,” Sapaki told WH. “If your body works as a total package, you’re much more likely to be successful than if you rely on just one muscle group.”

When it comes to her diet, Jenna shared with WH that she follows an 80/20 diet, which means she eats healthy food 80 percent of the time, and eats whatever she wants for the other 20 percent. Her diet is “pretty healthy,” and she prefers to eat “mostly vegetarian." Still, Jenna's down for a good time.

“I also want nachos at times, and I want French fries,” she says. “I let myself splurge when I feel it.”

Jenna also enjoys making smoothies with her kids. "I've been getting creative with my smoothies. I used to do just fruit smoothies, but now I've been incorporating some pea protein powder and some almond butter, and making a little bit more savory smoothies," she told POPSUGAR.
