  • The 42-year-old actress and dancer dropped a series of photos on Instagram as she rocked the most gorgeous string bikini—and whoa, she's beyond toned!

  • To get (and stay) in such amazing shape, Jenna works out at least four days a week—focusing on Pilates, strength training, and cardio.

When you’re on a beach alone and feeling your suit, there’s only one thing to do: Roll around on the shoreline. Jenna Dewan knows the deal—she just did a total photo shoot in a string swimsuit in the wet sand.

The 42-year-old actress and dancer shared the proof on Instagram with a series of snaps that feature her rolling around in the wet sand—rocking a gorgeous green string swimsuit. There’s Jenna seated next to the water with her strong abs on full display; Jenna lounging on her back while flashing her sculpted legs; and a shot from behind that puts her toned booty on full display.

“Forever reenacting the wicked games music vid in my mind 😅 @helenachristensen @chrisisaak,” she wrote in the caption. (The “Wicked Games” music video, which came out in the early ‘90s, features Helena Christensen and Chris Isaak cuddling all over the place, including the beach.)

People completely freaked in the comments. “🔥🔥 WOW 🔥🔥,” one wrote, while Christensen chimed in with, “And doing it perfectly 🔥💞.”

Jenna is on a girls’ trip with her daughter, Everly, and she’s shared a ton of pics and video from it. The Rookie star has shared pics and video of herself and Everly on Instagram swimming in a pool, hanging on the beach, and going shopping.

Jenna is next-level fit right now. So how’d she get so strong? For starters, she’s a dancer—a form of exercise that’s great for cardio as well as leg strength and all-over tone. Jenna regularly shares Insta videos of herself breaking it down at home. Case in point:

“I’m always dancing, even in the kitchen,” she previously told Women’s Health. But Jenna does more than dance—Pilates factors in heavily, too. Jenna does the practice three to four times a week with her trainer, Kim Carruthers, she said. “It gets you fit so fast, and you just feel stronger," she said. “The dancer in me really likes it because it activates the same muscles in my core.”

Also in the mix? Strength training. “I want to build muscle,” Jenna told WH in 2018. “Before, it used to be like, ‘I wanna get long, lean muscles.’ Now, I’m just like, ‘I wanna feel strong and good.’”

Jenna told WH that she eats a plant-based diet and has an 80/20 approach to her eating plan (meaning, she focuses on eating well 80% of the time and does whatever she wants for the other 20%).

She has a green smoothie for breakfast every day with spinach, romaine, celery, cilantro, parsley, apple, banana, and lemon. Lunch and dinner is usually a mix of things she has in the house, like quinoa, roasted veggies, and black beans, and she's proud of her “Jenna Salad,” which is a chopped medley of vegetables (usually carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, and avocado) with a veggie burger that’s dressed in lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper. “It’s delicious,” Jenna said. “The warm veggie burger makes you feel like you’re eating more than a salad.”

But Jenna is open to having whatever she’s craving, too. “I don’t deprive myself,” she said. “But I try to choose healthy most of the time.”

Love the pics, Jenna!
