Jenna Dewan is the new owner of a nearly new home in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles. Tucked into a steep hillside street, the 7,240-square-foot pad (including the separate guesthouse) boasts a total of six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. Dewan shelled out $4.7 million for the mansion, which was built in 2018.

Its features are sleek and star-ready, with oak hardwood floors, glass sliders that optimize indoor-outdoor living, and complete smart-home automation throughout. A chic fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling black stone mantel dominates the living room, and just beyond that is a glass-enclosed wine closet. Toward the back of the home is the combination family room and eat-in kitchen, the latter of which features two of everything: two quartzite-topped islands, two sinks, and two dishwashers.

There are four bedrooms on the second floor, all of them en suite. The main bedroom is an impressive retreat, with its own linear fireplace, sitting area, custom walk-in closet, marble spa-style bathroom, and a private L-shaped balcony. A fifth bedroom in the main house is located on the ground floor, and is currently used as a den; a home theater with plush seating rounds out the posh pad’s offerings. Out back, a raised infinity pool is the clear centerpiece, flanked on either side by strips of lawn. The guest house sits at the far end of the pool, and boasts enough space for a bathroom and studio-style bedroom. There’s also an outdoor kitchen with a bar and a putting green that runs along the side of the house. Dewan will no doubt have a ball personalizing the new home with her aesthetics; last year, she told People that her idea of a perfect family home was “clean comfort.”
