Between starring on The Rookie and being a mom of two, Jenna Dewan is one busy lady. But she just took a quick timeout from her busy schedule to share an Instagram photo dump of what she's been up to—and it seems that she is thriving inside and out.

There’s Jenna stretched out on a couch while working a white jumpsuit and flashing her toned legs in the process. Other photos show the 43-year-old actress flaunting her glowing skin in the sun and posing with her fiancé Steve Kazee, as well as her adorable dog. One thing's for sure: Her legs are seriously sculpted!

“Maybe one day i’ll do a photo dump without my dogs, but today is not that day,” Jenna joked in the caption. Cue her fans freaking out in the comments: “Legs worth worshipping 🔥🔥,” wrote one follower. “Beautiful, always beautiful,” someone else commented.

Yup, Jenna's legs are definitely sculpted from hip to toe. Wondering how she stays so strong? For starters, she’s a professional dancer, and is "always dancing"—even in her kitchen—she previously shared with Women’s Health in 2021.

The Step Up actress is also all about strength training, she previously told WH back in 2018. “I want to build muscle,” she said. “Before, it used to be like, ‘I wanna get long, lean muscles.’ Now, I’m just like, ‘I wanna feel strong and good.’”

In addition to dancing and lifting weights, Jenna is big into Pilates. In fact, she does it three to four times a week with her trainer. “It gets you fit so fast, and you just feel stronger," she told WH. “The dancer in me really likes it because it activates the same muscles in my core.”

On the food front, Jenna told WH that she focuses on a plant-based diet with an 80/20 approach. That means that she tries to eat "healthy" 80 percent of the time and has more flexibility for the other 20 percent.

For breakfast, she likes to have a green smoothie with spinach, romaine, celery, cilantro, parsley, apple, banana, and lemon. For lunch and dinner, Jenna will usually dip into whatever is at home, including quinoa, roasted veggies, and black beans.

She also makes something she’s proud of called the “Jenna Salad.” It's a chopped medley of veggies like carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, and avocado, along with a veggie burger dressed in lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper. “It’s delicious,” she said. “The warm veggie burger makes you feel like you’re eating more than a salad.”
