If you didn't know who Evan Peters was before the mini-series Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story premiered, you sure do now. Netflix's second-biggest series ever turned Evan into an overnight success for those people who weren't already fans of his work on various seasons of American Horror Story.

The Emmy-winning actor does creepy really, really well, but he is so much more than his murderous roles. Below are all kinds of fun, strange, and interesting facts about the Missouri native.

Now, Evan is known for playing wicked characters, such as Jeffrey Dahmer and villains on American Horror Story, but before that, he started out playing silly characters, such as Seth Wosmer on Disney Channel's Phil of the Future.

He also played Russell in the 2004 movie Sleepover. He was a clumsy skateboarder who, in one scene, raided a girl's dresser drawer and proudly held up one of her bras.

Evan shared on Conan in 2016 that while filming American Horror Story: Asylum, he accidentally showed his testicles to co-star Jessica Lange during an entire take of a scene. He realized he did not apply the "c*ck sock" correctly, only covering part of his privates. Whoops!

"I basically am leaned over Jessica Lange's desk in a hospital gown, bare-assed," he told Conan O'Brien. "We did the scene and afterwards Sarah [Paulson, another co-star] comes up to me, kisses me on the cheek, and was like, 'Aw, sweetheart. It's OK.'" Confused, Evan then learned what happened: "I look over and Ms. Lange's telling the PA that, apparently, my balls were in her face the whole shot."

Also during an interview on Conan, Evan talked about his character on American Horror Story: Cult humping the TV, so he went and demonstrated his ~skills~ on one of Conan O'Brien's TV cameras. The battery ended up falling out of his microphone, thanks to his gyrations.

Evan dated Emma Roberts on and off again for seven years. Per People, their relationship had many ups and downs, including an alleged domestic violence incident, with Emma reportedly getting arrested. "It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding," Emma and Evan's reps told People back in 2013. "Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it."

In 2014, Evan and Emma got engaged, but they called off their engagement in 2015. They ended their relationship for good in 2019.
