Jeannie Mai Jenkins’ bold personal style has always emphasized color, texture and flair — complete with an equally dynamic lineup of sleek shoes.

Over the years, Jenkins’ footwear preferences have evolved from her days as a celebrity makeup artist to hosting programs including “Miss Universe” and “The Real.” In the late 2000’s, the television personality was often seen in dark pumps accented by crystals, cutouts and pops of neon, in tandem with her punky aesthetic. As the 2010’s progressed, her wardrobe expanded to include an array of sleek sandals, mules and pointed-toe pumps with metallic, clear and multicolored palettes.

Today, Jenkins’ style varies between elegant, preppy and glamorously bohemian aesthetics — with an elevated fashion industry presence as well, thanks to appearances at Fashion Week shows for PatBO, Pamella Roland, Badgley Mischka and more labels over the years. Below, take a look back at her fashion transformation over the decades.

Emmy Awards, 2009

In 2009, Jenkins arrived to the Emmy Awards in a sleeveless black dress. The simple, floor-length piece was sleekly elevated with a dynamic long statement necklace, composed of tiers and layers of silver chains for a punky flair. Jenkins accented the look with a silver manicure, stud earrings and several rings, bringing focus to its metallic elements.

Badgley Mischka’s Fall 2015 Fashion Show, 2015

During New York Fashion Week’s fall 2015 season, Jenkins arrived to Badgley Mischka’s runway show in a slick pair of metallic silver pumps. The television host’s high-shine set added a modern flair to her eclectic, preppy front-row look: a white skirt suit with a purple and blue watercolor floral print, layered with a printed blouse, gray-brown faux fur vest and a spiky gold statement necklace.

People’s “Ones To Watch” Party, 2017

In 2017, Jenkins stepped out for People magazine’s “Ones To Watch” party in Los Angeles in a sharp pair of black sandals. The star’s style was sleekly accented with iridescent cone heels and wide clear straps for a textured flair. The glossy set brought a contemporary edge to her outfit for the occasion: a red and black sweater with a central tiger print, paired with a black leather skirt and gold bangle bracelets.

PatBO’s Spring 2024 Fashion Show, 2023

Jenkins arrived to PatBO’s spring 2024 fashion show during New York Fashion Week in a pair of deep green sandals. The star’s satin platforms gave her ensemble from the Brazilian brand — a multicolored crystal-lined bandeau and blue and green fringed skirt, paired with large gold bracelets and statement earrings — a two-toned finish while taking in Patricia Bonaldi’s latest designs.
