Passengers on a Hawaiian Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Hawaii got the surprise of a lifetime from Jason Momoa.
The Aquaman actor shared a video to his social media pages, including Instagram and TikTok, to celebrate the launch of his Mananalu water bottles on the flight.
He even got into character, posing as a flight attendant to hand out the cans to unsuspecting passengers.
Prior to walking the aisles, the 43-year-old actor channeled his inner Superman by quickly changing into an airline approved outfit in the small lavatory.
In addition to the gray suit and necklace, he also accessorized with a pink flower behind his ear.
He then proceeded to make an announcement to all passengers before walking up and down the aisle to hand out the planet-friendly product from the cart.
“Mahalo @hawaiianairlines for allowing me and my team to capture this special moment. It's a dream come true. My idea to create @Mananalu.water came to me while on a flight,” he wrote in the caption.
He also explained that Hawaiian Airlines is the “first airline to partner with Mananalu.”
With the aluminum water cans, Momoa aims to “end single-use plastic” bottles.
“Drink one, remove one - For every bottle of Mananalu sold, we remove one plastic bottle from the ocean. We have removed 3 MILLION plastic bottles from the ocean this year. Don't stop making waves to save our beautiful planet. aloha j,” he concluded.
A video of Momoa as a flight attendant taken by a passenger has since gone viral on TikTok. User @livinglikekylee posted the video her aunt sent over, with the text on the clip: “When Jason Momoa is your flight attendant."
As expected, the comment section is truly a delight.
“Flower on the left... he is spoken for ladies 😩” one user wrote.
Another joked about the current economy, writing: “Inflation got celebrities taking part time jobs.”
A few others provided some punny commentary like “Jason Mimosa” and “Aguaman.”
Meanwhile, a handful of others set intentions for future flights, noting, “IM NEVER SLEEPING THROUGH A FLIGHT AGAIN” and “In this situation, im gonna ask for another water.”
In his video, Momoa revealed that he was traveling with his daughter Lola Iolani, 14, and son Nakoa-Wolf, 13.
Back in June, the star was named the UN Environment Programme's (UNEP) Advocate for Life Below Water at the UN Ocean Conference in Portugal, per People.
