Since retiring from the NFL last month, former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce has had a renewed focus on his health. He's currently working toward a goal of losing some weight, and he was able to show off some of his progress at WrestleMania XL earlier this month.

Kelce made a surprise appearance during Rey Mysterio and Andrade's match against Santos Escobar and Rey's son Dominik Mysterio. Kelce had quite a bit of fun, ripping off his sleeveless shirt and flexing his muscles for the crowd.

The Super Bowl champ discussed the moment with his brother Travis Kelce on an April 17 episode of their podcast New Heights. He admitted that he was a little too into how his physique looked—something his wife Kylie teased him about.

"My biceps are looking good," Jason said while looking at photos of him flexing. Travis asked how much he lifted before his WrestleMania appearance, and his retiree brother was honest with his answer.

"We were using a lot of bands, and Kylie kept making fun of me because I was really obsessed with how my biceps looked," he said. "That’s just the honest answer. I’m not gonna hide it. I’m not ashamed." He ended up losing 15 pounds for the event just to have a leaner-looking physique when he stepped into the ring.

Jason wasn't the only Philadelphia Eagle there that night, as offensive tackle Lane Johnson was also a part of the show and teamed up with him to take down Dominik Mysterio.

Jason confessed that his former teammate helped him get into the wild vibe of such a big WWE event.

"At one point, Lane wanted to take his shirt off," he recounted. "He’s like, 'Do you want to take your shirt off?' So then I ripped my shirt off, like the Hulkster. I was trying to keep my shirt on because I’m really developing this—I feel like I’m stealing Bert Kreischer’s bit. I don’t want to steal your bit, Bert, but feel like this was an acceptable time to have that shirt off."

Now that he has more free time on his hands, perhaps Jason can consider joining WWE as his next career move.
