Adele, Jason Kelce

Jason Kelce is proving himself to be a true fan of Adele’s by belting out the English singer’s song lyrics while attending one of her Las Vegas residency concerts ahead of the 2024 Super Bowl.

Earlier this weekend, a video clip surfaced showing the “Hello” songstress lightly reprimanding the Philadelphia Eagles center for shouting out his team’s name after she took an audience poll to gauge this year’s Super Bowl fandom. In the clip, which was filmed during one of her Weekends with Adele residency shows at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Adele is seen sitting at her piano onstage as she tells the NFL player that he sounds “drunk” and like “a football fan.”

While the father of three wasn’t visible in the first clip, he is in another that is now making the rounds on social media. The second clip shows him sitting in the audience at Adele’s show and sweetly singing along as she sings “Someone Like You.”

Jason is in Vegas to cheer on his younger brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, as the Chiefs take on the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII. Though the Eagles’ postseason ended in mid-January, Jason has remained a constant presence within the NFL as he and other members of the Kelce family traveled to games to root for Travis.

His actions at one New York game in late January inspired a wave of fan creativity as bakers and artists alike created their own renditions of a viral mid-game image of a shirtless Jason jumping into a stadium crowd. Fans of the Kelce brothers also loved seeing the contrast in Jason’s behavior while in Florida last weekend for the NFL Pro Bowl Games, during which he was seen keeping tabs on his young daughters and strolling around Disney World with his family.

Following his attendance at this year’s Super Bowl, it’s unclear what Jason’s future in the NFL will hold. While rumors spread last month that Jason may be retiring, he has insisted that he hasn’t yet made a final decision on whether or not he’ll return to the game for the 2024 NFL season.
