January Jones, 45, Just Flashed Sculpted Abs And Legs In Her Undies On IG 🔥

January Jones is ringing in spooky season the right way: With some much-needed self-care. She just gave her Instagram followers a peek of how she's been taking care of herself this fall, and she made she everyone could see how toned all over she is while doing so.

The 45-year-old actress dropped a mirror selfie snap on her Instagram story of herself in a very casual look. She's posing in black underwear and a cropped T-shirt, looking gorgeous despite the white face mask applied on her face.

January's blonde hair is slicked back as she poses in her comfy clothing, showing off her incredibly toned abs and legs. “Processing nicely,” she captioned the snap and tagged Shani Darden, the brand that makes the mask.

While January’s skin was definitely glowing after that wellness moment, the real showstoppers are her chiseled abs and legs. It's clear that she is seriously strong. So, it should come as no surprise that fitness runs in her family.

In fact, her father is a personal trainer. Growing up, January played tennis and swam, and her two sisters were runners.

“In my 20s and 30s, I didn’t work out because he was always pushing my sisters, my mom, and me to exercise. We would rebel and not do it,” she previously told Shape. “On a regular basis, I wouldn’t work out, ever.”

However, the Mad Men star eventually found Lagree Pilates, and quickly grew to love it. At one point, January was taking Pilates classes two to four times per week, she shared with Shape back in 2020.

“I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle," she said. "I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked."

January is also a big fan of yoga, and seems like she's pretty skilled based on this handstand:

Regarding her diet, January likes to eat fruits and veggies, and starts her day with some nutrient-rich celery juice. “I’ve seen amazing results in my energy, digestion, and skin and how I sleep,” she said. “I have that in the morning, then I take my vitamins and drink coffee."

Lunch for January is usually a salad or soup. Then, for dinner, she indulges in some pasta or salmon with lots of veggies. Yum!
