Janet Jackson recently celebrated her birthday, bringing in the occasion with not only a beautiful fruit-adorned cake, but appropriately fierce birthday attire to go along with it.

In footage shared to Instagram on May 16, Jackson's 57th birthday, the iconic singer-dancer appeared ageless as she stunned in a long sleeved black, white, and grey curve-hugging cheetah-print dress. The "That's the Way Love Goes" songstress dressed the look down by pairing the 'fit with white chunky platform sneakers and hoop earrings.

As for beauty, she chose a top bun hairstyle and went soft glam with a smoky eye makeup look.

In a video included in the social media post, the music legend blew out the red candles on her fresh strawberry-decorated cake, before partaking in a round of shots with loved ones. The celebration looked to have taken place in a dimly-lit nightclub or lounge type setting, with the crowd around spotlighting the "Rhythm Nation" artist with their phone flashlights.
