What Can Fans Expect From the Show?
As fans of Jackson could tell you, this new summer leg of the tour is a continuation of Jackson’s three-month Together Again tour, which began in April of last year.
According to Variety, the tour is a true celebration of Jackson’s hit-making career. In addition to celebrating her 50th anniversary in the business, the tour also celebrates 25 years of The Velvet Rope, 30 years of janet, and 35 years of “Rhythm Nation.”
Among the other songs fans can expect to hear and dance to are “What Have You Done for Me Lately,” “Control,” “That’s the Way Love Goes,” “Again,” “All For You,” “Doesn’t Really Matter” as well as “Damita Jo” and “So Excited,” USA Today reports.
Unlike the first leg of the tour, however, Nelly will be joining the star in every step of the tour and will be showcasing his greatest hits. Talk about a dynamic duo!
What are Janet Jackson’s Together Again tour dates?
The summer tour, which officially begins on June 4 in Palm Springs, California, has 35 dates all around the country including San Francisco, Chicago, Cleveland, Boston, Charlotte, Orlando and Austin. The tour’s last date, on July 30, will take place in Phoenix, Arizona. Check the full list below:
