Jane Fonda, 80, rocks tight white gown with shoulder pads to the 2018 Oscars
Jane Fonda loves a good shoulder pad moment.
The 1980s exercise icon is still a fan of the bygone fashion trend, as evidenced by the white gown she wore to the Oscars on Sunday. The fitted gown featured long sleeves, a short train, and an angular neckline. Most notably, the Balmain outfit has shoulder pads, a favorite style of Fonda’s over the years.
She wore them to the 2013 Academy Awards.
The 2016 Grammy Awards.
The 2015 Grammy Awards.
And the 2016 Hollywood Film Awards.
Fonda’s been wearing shoulder pads for decades, but at 80, she’s better than ever. And Twitter agrees:
