Jana Kramer’s Nursery Is the Epitome of Shabby Chic
Country singer and former One Tree Hill star Jana Kramer recently revealed her and her husband’s rocky path to building a family, but their life with daughter Jolie Rae is nothing short of picturesque. When it came time to furnish her little one’s nursery, Kramer joined forces with the furniture brand évolur to create a dreamy and cozy shabby-chic-esque room in muted shades of pink. Jolie Rae’s room not only nails the millennial pink trend, but also offers a nod to ballerina style. We suspect that Kramer’s latest appearance on Dancing With the Stars may have influenced the space (and her daughter’s outfit). Dancer-esque details like delicate tulle accents and shades of blush pink add to the feminine, whimsical look.
The neutral-colored furniture is designed to adapt as Jolie Rae grows (the crib can convert to a toddler bed when she’s ready to make the transition). The case goods are sophisticated, not juvenile, and will work even when Jolie Rae is a teenager. “I love that évolur furniture is stylish and practical. It sets a beautiful, warm tone to Jolie’s room with its soft and elegant design,” says Kramer. “I wanted her room to really feel like home since we are on the road quite a bit.”
Of course, there are some less practical elements in the room too. The adorable kid teepee, covered in lace and bows, is the perfect spot for some make-believe play.
As the pillow suggests, we think Jolie Rae will have no trouble sparkling in this new space. Our only advice — maybe add a ballet barre? She seems ready for some pliés with this pose!
