Jamie Lee Curtis Shares Touching Throwback of Janet Leigh for Mother’s Day

Jamie Lee Curtis is honoring her late mother, Janet Leigh, this Mother's Day!

The Freaky Friday actress shared a mega throwback photo to mark the occasion, featuring Leigh standing front and center in a white tank top, checkered shorts and a pair of white flip-flops. Her chin is tilted up, perhaps to get a better look at something up ahead, as she pulls Jamie up the driveway in a little red wagon, her older sister, Kelly Curtis, pushing from behind.

The girls, now 64 and 66, respectively, appear to be somewhere around two and four years old in the photo, though it's undated.

"To all the mothers who carry and tote and feed and plan and care and cuddle and hustle and harvest, I see you and the selflessness you do it all with," she wrote thoughtfully alongside the sweet photo. "Hopefully LOVE is at the center. I miss all my mothers who mothered me who have gone and I thank all those still here, who continue to."

Fans poured in with well-wishes for Mother's Day for Curtis, who shares 34-year-old Annie and 25-year-old Ruby with her husband, Christopher Guest.

"What an amazing picture ! Happy Mothers Day ! You are a shining example.. you mother by doing what is best for the child !" one applauded, likely referring to Curtis' proud support for Ruby, who is trans.

"My mother loved your mother so much she named me after her! Happy Mother’s Day 😊," another shared.
