Among nail art, crop tops, and the color pink, pearl necklaces are having their own moment in menswear – and I fully support this message.
The most stylish men in the music industry have already started wearing pearls. Travis Scott, A$AP Rocky, and Lil Uzi Vert have all worn their own strands. The accessory has also become an everyday staple in the groovy, '70s era wardrobe of my future husband Harry Styles.
Pearls are now being embraced beyond the music world. Beauty vlogger James Charles posted a photo just yesterday wearing a necklace of his own. He gave the victorian-inspired detail an athleisure update by wearing it with an Adidas windbreaker.

James literally built his career on breaking gender norms, so the fashion choice feels 100% true to his identity. I don't know about y'all, but I'm voting for more men in pearls for 2020.
